GenerAide Fundraiser held on Spud Country
On the 25th of February 2023 the GenerAide team threw huge fundraising event. The day consisted of a wide range of live music acts, Generaide Merch, an auction, big buffet slow cooked meats, dancing, socialising, just a big fat celebratory day with the lot! Even with the unfortunate weather on the day we still had a great number of people make an appearance to show their support.
Strikingly over $15,000 was raised in the great efforts of everyone involved.
We cannot thank everyone enough or even begin to cover all of the people who helped out in some way!
Though we feel a special mention is especially earned for the following.

Yes, yes! Another huge thank you to the single, duo, trio, quadruple, quintuple bands that volunteered their time to grace us with their rock and rolling. There was plenty of dancing, singing and just about all around great energy happening on the day into the night!
The money raised from this fundraiser was put towards to costs of shipping the container, registering the container, transporting of the container, air cooling units to send to the remote villages.
